I was on a walk with my family and was struck in awe by the beauty in thr changing season. It made me think of the transformation women go through when they become a mom or welcome a new baby. It can be hard at moments but the strength, beauty and resilience that is shown is inspiring.

That's why I want to be there, to help women feel nurtured and cared for while they navigate changing times.

These are some foods that can help milk production and better support your breastfeeding journey. Hydration is key 🔑! Sometimes adding a flavour packet or some lemon can help it from becoming too boring.

We received an extra special donation yesterday!
Barbara brought in many beautiful handmade blankets and newborn sweaters that she has worked on over the past six months! We can't wait to give new moms and families these lovely items!

The first few days of breastfeeding can be overwhelming. The discomfort can make a new mom want to stop, it does take a bit of time to adjust. Here are some things to make it easier and if you're experiencing pain, seek professional help. Breastfeeding should never be painful ! 🦋

May 3rd this year is pregnancy and postpartum psychosis awareness day. PPP impacts 1-2 in 1,000 women and it is a medical emergency that requires immediate attention.

It's very important to plan for this in the case you or your loved one is affected. Lack of sleep during the postpartum time is a major trigger for developing PPP.

Make a plan with your spouse or family member, someone whom you trust and knows you well. That they know the signs and to know when you may need help.
