Good Evening Everyone!
I hope you weekend was a wonderful one. I just finished watching a spectacular sunset out my windows and am in awe at how beautiful that slow scene plays out. Taking the time to witness such beauty, to remind me, us, whoever that the world is full of wonder. We just need a moment like that to remind us to slow down and appreciate what is in front of our noses.
This week is a shorter week. Tuesday is Remembrance day and one that I hold very deep in my heart. I will be spending my day in deep thought as I remember those in my family who went to war, those who still serve in the Canadian Forces who would put their lives on the line for us to be able to live in the best place in the world.
I am very grateful but always know that what we have is still incredibly fragile. Take a few moments on Tuesday to look at what an amazing place we live in and try to let go of those that would lead us to believe otherwise.

Tuesday NO CLASSES
WEdnesday Yin Yoga 4:30pm
Thursday Yoga with Weights 8:45am
Friday Chair Yoga with weights 9:00am
As always the classes are in the studio and streamed live over Zoom
