Activities like jumping, wall pushes, and animal walks help support focus, emotional regulation, and overall readiness to learn. These simple movements give growing bodies the input they need to feel calm, organized, and ready for the next task.

Try adding a few minutes of movement between homework, learning activities, or transitions throughout the day.
