You can literally use anything in your fridge! This batch, on the left:
Eggs + milk + spices
Bacon
Cheddar/mozzarella cheese

On the right:
Eggs + milk + spices
Diced red pepper
Diced avocado
Diced gouda cheese

Mix and bake @ 350° for about 25 mins or until cooked and fluffy
