We love a good playlist as much as anyone but there’s a reason our studio doesn’t sound like a weekend night out.

Pilates is about presence. Connection. Awareness.
When the noise quiets down, you can actually hear what your body is telling you.

So while you might not notice the music in class, that’s exactly the point. It’s not there to distract, but to support.
