I almost didn’t say anything… but I will.

If you’ve been seeing this workshop and telling yourself, “I’ll think about it”… this is me nudging you a little 🤍

Because the truth is, a lot of us are trying to navigate life here quietly.

Figuring out relationships.
Trying to understand work culture.
Adjusting to a version of life that doesn’t always feel familiar yet.

And sometimes… it would just be nice to sit in a room with women who get it without you having to explain too much.

That’s what this Saturday is about.

Nothing fancy.
Just real conversations, real women, and a space where you can feel a little less alone in your journey.

And it’s already so close…

🗓 Saturday, March 28th, 2026
⏰ 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

I’d really love to see you there 🤍

Moving abroad will change you… in ways you don’t even expect.

At first, it’s the obvious things, new environment, new routine.
But then it starts to show up in other places…

Your relationships feel different.
Friendships shift.
Work doesn’t feel the way you imagined.

And sometimes, you’re just there… trying to figure it all out quietly.

Carrying questions you don’t always have the words for.

We've realized something though, a lot of us are going through the same things… just in silence.

And it doesn’t have to be that way.

This is why we’re creating this space, for real conversations with real women about what life abroad actually looks like. The changes, the struggles, the growth… all of it.

Because something powerful happens when women come together, things start to make sense, and the weight doesn’t feel so heavy anymore.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone 🤍

One of the most powerful things about living in the diaspora is finding community.

Women who understand your journey.
Women who share similar experiences.
Women who can support, encourage, and grow with you.

The upcoming Women's Workshop is more than a discussion, it’s an opportunity to connect with other women across Canada and build meaningful relationships.

Because no one should have to navigate life in a new country alone.

For many immigrant women, adjusting to work life in Canada isn’t always straightforward.

You may be qualified.
You may be experienced.
But the workplace culture can feel very different from what you’re used to.

Simple things like communication styles, expectations, or even knowing your rights can become a challenge.

Sometimes, you’re left wondering:

Am I speaking up too much… or not enough?
Do I fully understand my rights as an employee here?
How do I advocate for myself without feeling uncomfortable?

These are real experiences, and you’re not alone in feeling this way.

This workshop will focus on Navigating the Canadian Workplace, with open conversations around:

• Workplace rights
• Cultural differences
• Self-advocacy

There are conversations many women in the diaspora don’t always get to have.

Conversations about how life really changes after moving.

How dating can feel unfamiliar.
How workplace culture can take time to understand.
How relationships shift in ways you didn’t expect.

Many women are navigating these experiences on their own, trying to adjust and make sense of it all.

This workshop was created to change that.

It’s a space where women can come together to:
📌 Share real experiences
📌 Learn from one another
📌 Feel supported in their journey

We’ll be focusing on important areas like dating, workplace culture, and relationships, and how they impact women living abroad.

One thing many women discover after moving abroad is that dating suddenly feels very different.

What worked back home may not work the same way here.

The way people communicate.
The expectations around relationships.
Even how people define commitment.

It can leave you wondering things like:

Am I approaching dating the right way here?
How do I set healthy boundaries?
How do I build a relationship that actually feels fulfilling in this new environment?

These are real questions many immigrant women quietly wrestle with.

This workshop is creating a space where women can talk openly about Dating in the Diaspora, sharing experiences, perspectives, and practical insights about boundaries, expectations, and relationship satisfaction while living abroad.

Being a woman in the diaspora comes with unique experiences.

For some, the challenge is dating and relationships in a new culture.
For others, it’s building a career from scratch.
For many, it’s the emotional weight of starting life over far from home.

You’re not alone in this journey.

Join us for a safe and honest conversation where women can share, connect, and support one another.
