We just started our Boot Camp‘s a week ago and it’s been an awesome start. Thank you to the amazing ladies who have signed up so far. We can’t wait to fill these classes up. With that being said we encourage you to sign up before spots fill up! Bootcamp‘s will hop in rain or shine in our under covered outdoor location all year around! No more excuses. Who is already working on their healthy lifestyle in 2018!? I personally have been off track for the entire year of 2017, I did not set aside time for myself to workout and I did not eat well.
