We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Teresa Cargnelli, our newest chiropractor, to the PRL team.

Dr. Teresa brings a strong background in exercise rehabilitation and movement-based care. Her approach blends hands-on chiropractic treatment with targeted exercise rehab and education—helping patients move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting results.

Dr. Teresa’s schedule is now live in Jane:

Tuesdays: 3:00–7:00 PM

Thursdays: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Saturdays: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

Please join us in welcoming Zaid, the newest Registered Massage Therapist to the PRL family!

Zaid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and brings a strong clinical skill set, including:

He works with clients of all backgrounds and goals, with experience treating low-back tension, sciatica, neck stiffness, TMJ, and supporting injury recovery.

When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Zaid staying active with hiking, soccer, and pickleball, giving him firsthand insight into the demands of an active lifestyle.

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Ravneet Gill to the PRL family!

Her schedule is now live on Jane, with appointments available starting Monday, December 1st from 1–3pm. Additional availability will be added soon!

Dr. Ravneet Gill, born and raised in Abbotsford, BC, is a compassionate healthcare professional with a passion for whole-health wellness. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cells, Molecules, and Physiology from SFU, a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the University of Western States, as well as a Master of Science in Sports Medicine and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from the same institution. She is also Webster Certified, allowing her to provide specialized prenatal chiropractic care for expecting mothers.

She enjoys working with athletes, pregnancy, children, and the general population. When she’s not doing research or at the gym, she loves indulging in her passion for shopping. With her diverse knowledge, advanced training, and genuine care, Dr. Gill is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of her patients.

Meet Justine, our newest kinesiologist! 👋
She’ll be running her own private practice out of the clinic and Panda Performance Lab — and she’s your go-to for all things rehab and ICBC MVA related.

We’re so excited to have her expertise in both the gym and clinic. Here’s a little more about her:

✨ Justine became a kinesiologist eight years ago and launched her business () four years back.

✨ Over the years, she noticed that chronic pain clients kept finding their way to her. Instead of shying away, she leaned in, developing a deep passion for helping people navigate long-term pain, rebuild confidence, and find their way back to movement.

✨ She has a strong bias toward loading the body properly during recovery (yes… barbells included 🏋️‍♀️). One of her all-time favourite moments? Seeing a patient’s face light up when they reach the barbell stage and say, “I never thought I’d be able to lift that!”

✨ Her favourite part of the job is showing patients that they’re capable of far more than they think.

Justine will be seeing patients at our facility starting Friday November 21st!
