What are you doing for your self care? There is lots around the community to support you physically, mentally and emotionally! Self care is a necessity and whether it’s exercising to improve physical fitness and endurance (think Orange Theory Fitness for group classes, Innovative Fitness for small group or private programs, Barre Fitness for strengthening and lengthening at the same time!) West Coast Hot Yoga, Shiva Cor Academy for a variety of awesome classes for mental and emotional classes. You can also choose from a variety of wellness events involving breathwork, sound baths and restoration yoga to really tap into your nervous system and give it good rest. Of course Salt Wellness is happy to provide floatation therapy, dry salt therapy and a variety of safe and gentle detox treatments to help support all part of yourselves. There can be many reasons why we may have pain or chronic fatigue and eliminating layers of triggers can be helpful in managing and combatting symptoms.
