Emerging from this rich history of flavourful cuisines the creative sparks for Connoisseur's Kitchen came to being. Our mission was to make available to everyone the exotic flavours and delectable foods that until now were only available to a small segment of the population. Connoisseur's Kitchen is marketing their foods under the "Spice Mantra" brand. Spice Mantra's ready-to-eat foods are designed to provide a wholly authentic taste for both the consumers of similar ethnicity as well as consumers with discerning palates who value flavour and convenience, while maintaining the best "all natural ingredients".
