Well that’s a wrap folks. I couldn’t have five more beautiful humans to share this last training in Shibui Studio. Yes - I will still do workshops and trainings- just not in this special space. We laughed , shared and talked about a lot of non-yoga things. It was perfect. We also learned a lot about yoga. The art of teaching is so much more than muscles and bones and this group understood that. Thank you for giving the studio the send off it so deserved. Saprema❤️ juries

Story time! Leanne from is taking over Thursday night at 7:30pm for a talk about Ganesha. Enjoy Leanne’s incredible knowledge (over 20+ years of studies!) of yoga history and philosophy with a story and discussion of this important figure.

This elephant-headed god is often talked about as the remover of obstacles. This year has had LOTS of obstacles.

Leanne will be taking the mythology of ancient India and bringing it forward to 2021 and how it speaks to us and helps us right now. Anywhere in the world - you can join in! One hour lecture followed by open discussion. Look forward to seeing you on the big screen!

Great for those new to mythology and those already familiar with it.
