All you need is a massage ball (or a tennis ball) and a few quiet minutes. This simple self foot massage can help ease foot pain, release tension, and support your whole body — from the ground up.

How to do it:
1️⃣ Sit or stand comfortably (use a wall or chair for support if needed).
2️⃣ Place a tennis ball under one foot.
3️⃣ Slowly roll the ball from heel to toes, pausing on any tender spots.
4️⃣ Breathe deeply and keep the pressure gentle — discomfort should never feel sharp or painful.
5️⃣ Continue for 1–2 minutes per foot, or longer if it feels good.

Save this for later, try it tonight, and notice how your body feels after.💛

Today we’re welcoming our first Mama & Baby Yoga class of the February series, and our studio feels extra full of love. 💗

This class is a gentle, supportive space for new mothers and their babies to move, breathe, rest, and connect — together.

✨ For mama, the practice supports physical recovery by strengthening the core and pelvic floor, easing tension in the shoulders and neck, and offering a moment of calm in the midst of busy days. It’s also a beautiful way to reconnect with your body and meet other moms in a warm, non-judgmental community.

✨ For baby, gentle movement, touch, and playful interaction support physical development, digestion, and better sleep — while deepening the bond through eye contact and loving connection.

If you missed today’s class but feel curious, keep an eye out — more Mama & Baby Yoga series are coming soon. 🌿

Dear yoga,
Thank you for holding space when things feel heavy.
For reminding us to breathe when life moves fast.
For meeting us exactly where we are.
This February, we’re choosing to love the practice that loves us back. 🤍

Coming back to yoga doesn’t require confidence — it builds it. Reconnect with your body, your breath, and where you are right now.

Maybe today feels stiff. Maybe it feels different than before. That’s okay.
You showed up. And that’s already something to be proud of.

Strength and flexibility return faster than you think. Muscle memory is powerful.
For now, meet yourself with kindness and take it one breath at a time. 🌿🧘‍♀️

🌿 Hatha vs. Vinyasa 🌊

Hatha yoga is slow, steady, and grounding. It gives you time to settle into each pose, build strength and flexibility, and stay present with your breath and body.
Vinyasa is more fluid and energetic, linking movement and breath into a continuous flow. It invites you to explore rhythm, creativity, and momentum on your mat.
Whether you’re craving the calm stillness of Hatha or the uplifting flow of Vinyasa, both styles offer space for growth, balance, and self-discovery.
Listen to your body, follow what feels right today, and let your practice meet you where you are. 🧘‍♀️✨
