Strength looks like staying.
Staying in the pose.
Staying with your breath.
Staying with yourself.

Strength lives in this community — not just in poses, but in presence.
Thank you to every woman who makes this space better.

It may have a funny name, but the Dead Bug is one of the most effective (and gentle) exercises for building deep core strength.
This movement helps strengthen the muscles that support your spine, improve coordination, and protect your lower back — all without straining your neck or hips.
✨ What to look out for:
• Keep your lower back gently connected to the mat (no arching).
• Move slowly and with control — this is not about speed.
• Breathe steadily — exhale as you extend.
• Keep your ribs soft and avoid flaring upward.

And if it feels too challenging? That’s completely okay. We always offer modifications — whether that’s moving one limb at a time, shortening the range of motion, or keeping your feet grounded.

There’s only the level that supports your body today. 💛

A spinal twist is a beautiful way to release tension, create space through the back body, and gently “wring out” the day — both physically and emotionally.
✨ Helps relieve stiffness in the lower back and shoulders
✨ Encourages mobility through the spine
✨ Supports healthy digestion
✨ Gently stretches the hips and outer thighs
✨ Calms the nervous system and invites relaxation
And if you need support? Use a block, bolster, or blanket under your knee — modifications are always welcome here. 💛

This is yoga for real people -
People with tight hamstrings.
People with desk jobs.
People with back pain.
People who’ve never tried before.

We teach you how to move safely, how to support your joints, and how to adjust poses so they work for your body — not someone else’s. No dim lights, no fancy music, no performance.

March is Women's History Month.
We hornor the women who teach here.
We hornor the women who practice here.
We hornor every student who walks through our doors with courage, softness, and determination.

This studio is better because of you — your stories, your resilience, your laughter, your support for one another.

We are especially grateful for the women navigating new motherhood and pregnancy — seasons that require a unique kind of strength. 💛
That’s why we’re proud to offer classes dedicated to prenatal and mama & baby yoga, creating supportive spaces for every stage of the journey.

This month, and every month, we celebrate the strength in all its forms — powerful, gentle, visible, and quiet.
Thank you for making this community what it is. 💜🧘‍♀️
