External rotation is a key exercise for improving rotator cuff strength and shoulder stability.
This movement helps reduce shoulder pain, improve joint control, and support proper mechanics during lifting, sports, and daily activities.

This exercise was demonstrated by our physiotherapist Punnar, who works closely with patients experiencing shoulder injuries, rotator cuff weakness, and postural-related pain in the Surrey Clinics at Beyond Physiotherapy.
