We Turned 5!

I first first joined The Nest in 2017 when it was lovingly run by Midwife Paula & Haven Midwifery. In 2020, I stepped into ownership and Cloverdale Integrative Health was born. From day one, the dream has been to build a warm, inclusive space where families could find comprehensive, integrative care — and this community has made that possible. 🌿

Over the past 5 years, we’ve grown from a small clinic into a true hub for wellness, offering:

Dr. Casey Berardo, Naturopathic Physician, has been proudly part of The Nest since 2019. She has a special focus on women’s health and pain management, and is passionate about supporting patients through every stage of their wellness journey.

Outside the clinic, you’ll often find her spending time in nature with her husband, their newborn daughter, and everyone’s favourite dog, Doug.

Some of Dr. Berardo’s most cherished memories at The Nest involve supporting incredible families—watching them grow, thrive, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. She deeply values the collaborative, team-based care that makes our Nest community so special.

I am Kelly Mawson and I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist for 20 years. For the last five, I’ve had the pleasure of being part of the amazing Nest Cloverdale Integrative Health team.
Outside of the clinic, I love spending time with my family and friends and staying active in nature—whether it’s at the beach, swimming, hiking, biking, gardening, or playing guitar and piano. Some of my favourite memories at Nest have been our annual Christmas parties, where the team comes together outside of work to bond, laugh, and reflect on the year.

Jessica Wang – TCM Practitioner & Acupuncturist

Jessica is a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and acupuncturist who specializes in women’s health, emotional well-being, pain management, and facial rejuvenation through cosmetic acupuncture.
Now in her third year at The Nest, she feels deeply grateful to be part of a nurturing, women-led community where each member is navigating the complexities of work, family, and life with strength and grace.
Jessica takes a holistic and balanced approach to care, helping clients feel more grounded, energized, and in tune with their bodies.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys playing badminton and practicing yoga and Pilates. She values how these practices blend energetic movement with calming stillness, seeing them as a perfect reflection of life’s balance.
For Jessica, cultivating harmony between effort and relaxation is essential to overall health.
She warmly welcomes anyone seeking gentle, thoughtful care and is here to support you in finding balance, restoring health, and reconnecting with yourself.
