A glimpse into the energy of our recent Valentine's Day Sacred Cacao + Sound Bath 🌹✨ at the ethereal studio .

We began with heart-opening cacao, oracle guidance, and gentle breathwork to soften the body and quiet the mind before moving into a full immersive sound journey.

As the bowls and gong filled the room, you could feel everyone dropping deeper. Some in meditation, some in emotional release, many simply allowing their bodies to rest in a way they don’t often get to.

This is the power of sound.
Nervous systems regulate.
Minds slow down.
Bodies finally exhale.

So many left feeling lighter, clearer, deeply rested, and reconnected to themselves.

It’s always beautiful seeing familiar faces return choosing to pause, receive, and realign again and again.
