How horses help bring balance to our energy system. Bringing our chakras to a higher level of vibration. How can they do this? They read energy and as they mirror back what they pick up, showing us what needs to be cleared or shed. FEEL(R) sessions can help you in what’s that gets to the heart of the issue.

So this may be why when the horses are releasing s**t in a session that they might be helping you let go of and release old stuff that was toxic to you. This may be the way they are communicating to you thats it time to release old toxic stiff you been holding on too.
They will also help with so many more emotions that has been held onto from other organs.
Emotional wellbeing is mental health. Being able to process emotions keeps us present and safe.

This is one of the reason we partner with horses. They are able to read our emotions when we have lost our natural awareness due to constantly having to hide how we really feel.
Horses help us to regulate our nervous system and show us how to move through emotions. Once we have learned what the emotion was telling us, we can go back to a neutral position. Like horses after running around playing go back to grazing. Calm and present.
What to learn how to embody emotional awareness? What to release the old stuck emotions? What to get to the real issues that are underlining your emotional body? Ask how FEEL(R) sessions can take you through the process of becoming your true authentic self and not the labels that have been put on you. You are not the label of depression or anxiety, nor are you the labels of not good or smart enough. Let the horses and me help you to free yourself from the lingering effects of a traumatic event that still hold you hostage.
With each session, we work together to uncover your innate ability to feel the emotions for information and then take the appropriate action. Then be able to return to that neutral state like the horses grazing.

When in the presence of well loved and cared for horses, horses with a voice and choice, you will really begin to understand the wisdom and love that they willing give. No attachment on how you receive or what you do with this love and wisdom. Some of the greatest teaching can be embodied in the presences of these majestic beings. FEEL(R) is one of the greatest modalities that creates an environment that assists clients to find their own inner answers and insights that empowers the individual to grow spiritually, mentally and emotionally. First Week of FEEL(R) certification training. It’s been a powerful and transformative week. Each day builds communication skills and connections skills with the horses. Deep and loving messages from a place of no judgement and truth. We also got lucky with the weather being mostly dry. So proud of our new students as their journey begins.
