Stay Strong, Stay Independent with the Chair Squat πŸ’ͺ
One of the most important exercises for older adults – because sitting and standing are the building blocks of daily life.
βœ… How to do it:
βœ” Root your feet into the ground.
βœ” As you squat, drive your knees out (don’t let them cave in).
βœ” Sit back gently, then breathe out on the way up.
βœ” Keep your feet firmly on the floor (no tippy toes!).

πŸ”₯ Progression tip: Hold light weights in your hands. The last few reps should feel challenging but safe – that’s how strength is built!

Start with 12–15 reps, 2–3 sets, and feel your confidence grow with every squat.
