We're thrilled to be bringing a Kundalini immersion series to you this January!

This 3-part workshop is all about building authentic relationships with others and with yourself through the practice of Kundalini. KRI-Certified Instructor Rajpal will guide you through three sessions of movement, mantra and meditation. At the end of each workshop, you'll be given guided meditation materials to continue your practice at home.

Each session and the provided materials link with and build on each other, so if you're able we encourage you to attend all three sessions. To make it a little sweeter for you we're offering a special Early Bird deal - get all three sessions for just $110 if you purchase by January 4th.

How's your holiday gifting going so far?

We've got the perfect gifts for the yogi in your life. If you have someone on your gift list that hasn't tried yoga yet but could use a little extra help for their mental, physical or emotional health.

A new yoga towel is always a good idea; these are extra absorbent and the same size as your yoga mat. Fun fact... the more hot yoga you do, the more you sweat! An extra yoga towel (or two) is an investment in your fitness future.

We also think electrolytes are one of the most underrated gifts you can give. These are important for hot yogis but also for anyone that finds themself a little dehydrated (or perhaps indulged more than they wanted to at a holiday party). Stuff a stocking with them, use them for a pretty and colourful bow, even just a few tied up in a ribbon and you're going to make their day.

It's the last day to take part in our Angel Tree!

If you haven't heard, we're partnering with a local elementary school to sponsor 24 families who could use a little extra love and support this holiday season. These families include recent refugees and families that life just hasn't been easy on lately, and we're so thrilled to show them all the love and support we know our Yoga 360 community is capable of.

If you'd like to join us, you can choose a family-themed gift for one family on our tree (we're available by phone to tell you which families are left) or we're also accepting monetary donations. All proceeds will go towards a family themed gift for each family and the leftovers will be used to purchase gift cards for a local superstore where they can get what they most need.

Thank you again to all of you for your support. Even if you didn't donate with your wallet, your presence and energy in our community helps make it the incredibly warm and uplifting space it is. We know we couldn't commit to projects like this without each and every one of you, and we're so grateful!

It's a very blustery day today so don't forget to take some time to care for yourself 🧡

How is your holiday season going so far? If you want one more suggestion for how to make your day a bit brighter, we have our Angel Tree open for donations until the end of the day tomorrow and our members have told us they feel warm and fuzzy after contributing... but if that's not in the cards for you, a happy smile works just as well ☺️

We still have some families left on our Angel Tree!

We’re so excited to be working with a local elementary school to make the lives of 24 families just a little lighter and brighter this year.

Because the school year is rapidly drawing to a close, all donations are due by the end of the day this Monday, December 15th. If you’d like to help, you can come to the studio and choose a family to purchase a family-themed gift for. If you prefer we are also accepting cash donations which we will be using to buy leftover family gifts with. All extra funds will go directly to each family in the form of gift cards to a local superstore where they can get what they need this holiday season.

Thank you again to our incredible community. This was an easy thing for us to say yes to because we KNEW our Yoga 360 family would work together to make it happen… and we were right.

It's ok not to be as merry and jolly as some of the people around you right now.

Wherever you're at, just be there. Take a slow breath. Feel the ground underneath you. Spend some time on your mat (we all know that's great any time of year!).

How's your holiday shopping going so far?

If you're like us and think the best possible gift is the gift of health, we have lots of options available and we're available to chat with you any time to help you decide on the best choice for your loved one.

Have you checked out our Angel Tree yet?

We’re doing something new to give back to our community this holiday season, and partnering with a local elementary school to give their students some extra love.

This school - where two members of our community work - has identified 24 families for us that are in need of a little extra support. These families include recent refugees, immigrants and families that life is not being gentle on lately.

We know our community has the capacity to love and support each other to an incredible degree, so we know we’re going to be able to show these 24 families that special Yoga 360 energy.

If you want to feel inspired, check out the second and third slide. Our November Challenge winner was Ian, who won a cash prize of $180… and he immediately decided to donate it all directly back to these 24 families. We’ve decided to match his donation with the rest of the proceeds, so we’ve got a good start on our donations already.
