Arm balances are an invitation to become fully present- an opportunity to sharpen focus, step into courage, and feel trust take root.
In this workshop, we will break down the foundations of arm balances with clarity and intention. Through intelligent sequencing, mindful breath, and progressive core strengthening and drills, you’ll build the strength, stability, and body awareness needed to lift off with confidence.
As we practice, we’ll explore the balance between sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease). When effort is grounded and breath remains steady, flight becomes less about force and more about integration.
