Body Circuit is a boutique lifestyle fitness coaching and wellness company for women. We are dedicated to helping you create the connection between your body, mind, and spirit so you can thrive in all areas of your life. We offer holistic services that combine Eastern and Western approaches to help you discover balance and become the best version of yourself. Our mission is to assist women in achieving their health, fitness, and wellness goals by utilizing various training techniques. We offer personal training sessions, yoga, boot camp fitness classes, embodied dance and more! Body Circuit was established in 2005 as a woman-owned business in Surrey, BC, and the Langley area, which offers individualized attention to our clients. We exist to help our clients restore and maintain balance in body, mind, spirit, and relationships through education, awareness, and support. Body Circuit offers an array of modalities, including Touch for Health, Reiki, Chakradance (sacred dance), fitness and nutrition coaching, chakra balancing, and energy & frequency healing. Plank Rows are a fantastic full-body exercise that targets your back, arms, core, and shoulders while also challenging your stability. Here's how to get the most out of this killer move:

How to Do Plank Rows:
1️⃣ Start in a high plank position with dumbbells in each hand, feet slightly wider than shoulder-width for stability.
2️⃣ Keep your body straight and core engaged. This helps prevent your hips from rotating during the movement.
3️⃣ Pull one dumbbell towards your waist, keeping your elbow close to your body. Be mindful of control and avoid rushing.
4️⃣ Slowly lower the dumbbell back down and repeat on the other side.
5️⃣ Focus on maintaining stability and form throughout the entire movement. Quality over speed!
