This time of year always feels like a deep, cleansing breath. Behind the scenes, I am not just spring cleaning my home, I am spring cleaning my soul. This means revisiting my own wellness goals, journaling about what I want to release, and creating space for new growth.
For me, that looks like:
Waking up a little earlier for quiet meditation.
Trading heavy winter meals for fresh, vibrant foods.
Taking my workouts outside to connect with the season's energy.
It’s a gentle reminder that our journeys, like nature, move in cycles. It's okay to have seasons of rest and seasons of renewal. This is a time to respect the progress you have made and plant the seeds for what’s to come.
