How to Do Plank Rows:
1️⃣ Start in a high plank position with dumbbells in each hand, feet slightly wider than shoulder-width for stability.
2️⃣ Keep your body straight and core engaged. This helps prevent your hips from rotating during the movement.
3️⃣ Pull one dumbbell towards your waist, keeping your elbow close to your body. Be mindful of control and avoid rushing.
4️⃣ Slowly lower the dumbbell back down and repeat on the other side.
