Exercise for my weekend warriors: Kettlebell Swings
Ready to feel the burn?
Kettlebell swings are the ultimate full-body move that targets your glutes, hamstrings, core, and shoulders while improving explosive power!
How to do it:
1️⃣ Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the kettlebell with both hands.
2️⃣ Hinge your hips and swing the kettlebell between your legs
3️⃣ Thrust your hips forward explosively to bring the kettlebell up to chest height.
4️⃣ Control the swing back down and repeat!
Pro Tip: Focus on driving through your heels and engaging your core for maximum power. The swing should come from your hips, not your arms!
