✨ We’re Hiring an Office Administrator! ✨
Massage Matters is looking for a warm, reliable, and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team for 25–32 hours per week. This role is essential in keeping our clinic running smoothly, supporting both our therapists and the wonderful community we serve.
We know this is a unique blend of reception, admin, and a little marketing, which means we’re hoping to find someone special…a bit of an office unicorn🦄 who enjoys variety and takes pride in creating a welcoming, professional environment.
⭐ What You’ll Do
This multi-faceted role includes tasks such as:
Bookkeeping & Office Administration
• Assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and record-keeping
• Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks
Reception & Client Care
• Greeting clients warmly and managing appointment scheduling
• Answering phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Clinic Upkeep
• Keeping reception and treatment areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Light cleaning duties to help maintain a professional space
Marketing & Public Relations
• Posting updates, promotions, and engaging content to social media
• Assisting with advertising campaigns and community outreach
• Supporting public relations efforts that help grow the clinic
Other Tasks as Needed
• Flexibility to assist with special projects, events, or additional duties

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and client service abilities
• Basic bookkeeping or administrative experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
