Please read the options carefully and if you are unsure of the proper service reach out to clarify, if you book an improper service, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments or we can not guarantee that we will have the time to complete your service once you arrive late.
Please note that due to a high volume of no show appointments, all bookings now require a 50% deposit in order for new clients to book in for services. New clients are anyone who has not been with us before or within the past calendar year. This must be made at the time of booking via credit card, etransfer or in person in order to secure your appointment time. If it is not received, the appointment will be removed. Due to this deposit policy, we do not make appointment via messenger or email.
As long as the appointment is cancelled within our requested window of 48 hours there is no charge or loss of deposit on the appointment. It remains refundable or transferable to the rescheduled appointment. After the 48 hour period there is a 50% fee charged at 24 hours, and 100% charged for any cancellations made after the 24 hour period.
If this window falls when we are closed we request that you please leave a message on our voicemail or appointments can be cancelled through the confirmation text messages.
If you cancel online and do not recieve an email confirming your cancellation you have not completed the cancellation your appointment.
All no showed appointments are subject to a 100% missed appointment fee and a 100% deposit in order to book any future appointments.
Tuesday, March 03rd: Open 9-8
Katie: 1:45pm for all over color root retouch with blow dry or long hair cut with add on toner.
Ayva: 12:45pm or 6:00pm for short haircut and style. (Please note a short haircut is considered anything above the ears and is typically done with clippers.)
Keely: 7:00pm for 30 minute facial, bikini (not Brazilian) half leg or arm waxing, brow wax & tint or lash & brow tint, brow/lip/chin wax or face or brow threading.
Wednesday March 04th: Open 10-6
Shelby: 11:00am for full head of foils or balayage with cut & style.
Ayva: 10:00am for short haircut and style. (Please note a short haircut is considered anything above the ears and is typically done with clippers.)
Courtney: 10:00am for 30 minute facial, bikini (not Brazilian) half leg or arm waxing, brow wax & tint or lash & brow tint, brow/lip/chin wax.
Thursday, March 05th: Open 9-8
Keely: 9:00am for 90 minute facial or facial with dermaplanning, Ayurvedic head massage, body wrap, back treatment, Brazilian, full leg or arm wax, lash lift & tint, shellac manicure, spa pedicure.
Ayva: 12:00pm for short haircut and style. (Please note a short haircut is considered anything above the ears and is typically done with clippers.)
Friday, March 05th: Open 9-6
Shelby: 5:00pm for medium cut and style. (Please note a medium length cut is anything below the ears to approximately shoulder length)
Ayva: 1:30pm for short hair cut and style. (Please note a short haircut is considered anything above the ear and typically don’t with clippers)
