Su***de Alertness (safeTALK) Workshop being offered next weekend for a subsidized rate.

🗓️ When: Saturday, February 8, 2025
🕣 Time: 10 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
🌐 Where: Munro Academy Middle & High School, 2 School Street, Sydney Mines
💰 Cost: $38.24 per person

This 4 hour workshop provides the tools to recognize the signs of su***de risk and communicate with individuals at risk.

The Canadian Mental Health Association is hosting an ASIST workshop in Sydney, NS on November 14/15th. The registration fee for the training is offered at a subsidized rate of $75, thanks to CMHA Nova Scotia!

ASIST is a two-day interactive workshop in su***de first-aid.

The two-day ASIST (Applied Su***de Intervention Skills Training) workshop is open to anyone 16 or older. Widely used by both professionals and the general public, ASIST offers something to every participant, no matter how experienced.
