So, I just completed my last bio exam of the year. TCM exam is on Wednesday and that's it until 3rd year. I can not believe i have made it this far. Im getting excited about getting back to treating people and using these new skills to improve my ability to give individualised care.

St Johns Wart!!!! Although it can be very beneficial, make sure you let your dr or naturopath know if you are taking this. As it stimulates induction of metabolism, it can affect medications you may be taking eg: contraceptive pill. There should be research out there on this if you are interested or this relates to you. Just thought it was an interesting fact to share.
