🙌🏻 The suspense!!!! (And fatigue from all these late nights!)

🤞🏻 We are crossing our fingers and toes for the Jays tonight!!!! 🤞🏻

Feeling tired from the late night games? Here’s some tips for staying awake to cheer on the Jays for Game 7 tonight :

🥗 Smart Snacks
• High-protein nibbles: greek yougurt, nuts
• Complex carbs: Whole-grain crackers, popcorn, or apple slices with peanut butter
• Avoid heavy meals right before the game: you’ll get sleepy!

☕ Mindful Caffeine
• Have a small cup of coffee or green tea about 30–60 minutes before first pitch.
• Avoid caffeine after the 7th inning so it doesn’t ruin your sleep later.

💡 Lighting & Environment
• Keep the room well-lit
• Sit upright & move around between innings

💧 Hydration
• Drink cold water or sparkling water throughout the game.
• Add lemon or mint for a refreshing kick.

🧘 Movement Breaks
• Between innings, do a few gentle stretches, walk around, or even do 10–15 squats.

🧠 Engage Your Mind
• Stay active in the game — predict plays, check stats, text friends, or join a live chat.

🌙 Plan for Recovery
• After the game, dim the lights, avoid screens, and do some deep breathing to help you wind down.
• Try to sleep in 30–60 minutes later than usual tomorrow, if possible
