Sip Your Way to Stronger Immunity — Simple, Natural, Powerful. 🍋☕
Per 1 litre water:
• ¼ cup fresh ginger, julienned
• Optional: 1 cinnamon stick
Slowly bring to a gentle boil.
Simmer 15 minutes.
In your cup:
• Raw honey (stir with a wooden spoon)
• Fresh lemon
Optional:
• Cinnamon stick for flavour
• Pinch of cayenne for congestion
Warm. Nourishing. Gentle on your body.
