Massage Therapy

Direct billing available for Blue Cross, Great West Life, Manulife, Sunlife, and many other Insurance companies. Massage Therapy can help with many conditions and increase your over all well being. If you have any questions at all about something you’re diagnosed with and how massage therapy may benefit that condition, I am always willing to help!

How does your first visit go?

Apon arival you will be asked to take a seat in our waiting room and fill out a basic health history form. Once you are finished I will come greet you and bring you to the room you will recieve your treatment in. We will dicuss the information on your health history form and from that we will create a treatment plan that is comfortable to you and is helpful for your specific needs. I will then leave the room and allow you to get comfortable on the table and will knock before entering.

During the treatment if you feel uncomfortable or if there is something you don’t enjoy, you can stop the treatment at any time or we can adjust to make you feel better! Remember, this is all about YOU! Any area that is not being worked on will be under the sheets and top blanket, only one area will be showing at any given time. If you do not feel safe removing any clothing we can work around that. I want everyone to feel safe and comfortable at all times and I will always be checking in to make sure that happens. Once the treatment is over you will be fully covered and reminded to take your time getting up, there is no rush, and once you are ready you will meet me in the lobby where you will recieve any homecare needed and information about the treatment plan I think will work best for you.
