Update for all my valued clients.
As most of you are aware...last June 23 2022 I had a severe appendix rupture and 2 surgeries...lots of downtime and lots of healing and strengthening my core.
I am excited to announce that I will be taking appointments commencing Jan 1/2023. I am coming back renewed and strong. Thankyou to everyone for your patience in my own recovery. I am looking foreward to your continued support and helping you along with your own personal health goals.
