We are reaching out today to provide an update on the status of Sylvan Steam & Spa following the severe flooding we experienced.

This has been an incredibly challenging time for our team. The damage to our space was extensive, leaving no room untouched. From the electrical panel and steam boiler to the drywall, flooring, and door frames, the scale of the repairs required is significant.

While we have been working tirelessly to restore the spa, several delays beyond our control have impacted our timeline. Based on the current scope of work, we anticipate a minimum of 6–8 weeks before we can safely reopen our doors to you.

We understand that this extended closure is frustrating, especially for those of you looking forward to your time with us. This is a situation no business wants to face, but we are continuing to persevere and push forward to bring our spa back to life.

We truly appreciate your continued patience and support as we navigate these repairs. We will provide further updates as soon as we have more concrete details regarding our reopening date.
