In respect of Remembance day we are closed tomorrow November 11th.

A beautiful human reminded me that poppies are to be returned to a cenotaph and purchased again each year, this way the poppy support fund keeps growing. Remember to lay your poppy at the end of the ceremony ❤️

No need to think whats for supper!

🍁Here’s an Autumn staple in our home
🍁 It’s Incredibly flavourful!

Butternut squash
Mild Italian sausage
Mushrooms
Onion
Spinach
Apples
Garlic pdr, onion pdr, thyme, S+P

Half the squash length ways, gut, and bake at 375 for 30min (or until fork soft)
Pan fry all other ingredients! Simple!

Tuck your chin, head over shoulders.
Open your shoulders, squeeze your shoulder blades down and together.
Engage your core and tuck your pelvis forward.
Face your feet forward and walk outside of your heel to big toe on every step.
