Food for thought:
In my experience, most people come to therapy believing something is wrong with them.
Most of the time, nothing is “wrong.”
You might be overwhelmed.
You might be exhausted.
You might have been carrying more than you should have had to — quietly, for a long time.
Therapy isn’t about repairing broken parts.
It’s about creating a space to unravel and understand what you’ve been holding— and why.
You don’t need fixing.
You might just need a little more support. 🤍💜
