We are so excited to officially introduce you to the wonderful Kelly Ann Ruddock, our Senior Program Director and a true pillar of the Transitions Acres family!

Kelly Ann brings a lifetime of passion for elder care to our farm. As a dedicated caregiver and End-of-Life Doula, she works purely from the heart, ensuring that every senior who visits us feels seen, supported, and empowered.

At Transitions Acres, we believe that the healing power of horses knows no age limit. Our Seniors’ Experiences are designed to:
🌿 Create meaningful, ground-based connections with our rescue herd.
🌿 Provide a peaceful escape into the fresh country air.
🌿 Accommodate unique abilities so everyone can enjoy the magic of the farm.

Whether it’s a quiet moment of grooming or sharing stories by the garden, Kelly Ann and our herd are here to welcome you home.
