Kristy brings 18 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, connecting and partnering with children and their families.

Kristy infuses her personal interests in meditation, breathwork, mindfulness and yoga into her speech and language sessions, as she is Talk Yoga Certified, with the added intention to empower her clients to effectively build coping skills that are centered in self-love and gratitude.

Areas of Interest: Emotional Regulation, Stuttering, Selective Mutism, Executive Functioning, Mindfulness and Yoga Practices.
