Yesterday, the Government of Ontario announced a province-wide shutdown, to go into effect on Sat., Dec. 26, 2020, at 12:01 a.m.

There are no changes to rules around regulated health care professionals. These professionals, including chiropractors, are permitted to remain open during the shutdown.

Hello All! We just wanted to let all of our patients know that as our region moves into “Grey Lockdown” tomorrow, we are fortunate to still be able to stay open and provide care. We will continue to practise the same stringent safety precautions in order to keep our staff and patients safe. We ask that our patients continue to do the following; 1) self monitor for Covid symptoms and close contacts 2) Wear a mask at all times while at our clinic 3) Enter the clinic only during your appointment time. We thank you for your continued support and cooperation during these times and will continue to work hard for your health!

Dear patients,
You do not have to wait for a ‘call back’ if you want to book an appointment. We are here to help you! We are blessed to have the clinic busy again but because of this we are unable to get to our ‘call back’ list some days.
You may have to wait to see our doctors so please be patient. You can also ask to be put on a cancellation list if you want to see the doctor sooner.
Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you!

Next weeks hours of operation are:
Monday and Wednesday from 9am-6pm
Tuesday 8am-12pm
Thursday 8am-4pm
Friday July the 17th the office will be closed.
Please note Dr. Krista will be out of office July 13th- 17th

Greetings to all of our patients, family and friends!
We would just like to provide an update regarding our ongoing gradual return to practise plan.

Firstly, we would like to thank our patients and staff for making our first 3 weeks of care very safe and want to thank everyone for their cooperation and compliance.

Secondly, as our region moves into phase 2 of economic opening, we will further progress our return to practise in order to accommodate our patients over the months of July and August. The following is an outline of our hours of operation and updated booking guidelines for the remainder of the summer;
Mondays and Wednesdays:
9am - 6pm
Tuesdays:
July 7, 14: 8am - 12pm
Remainder of summer: 8am-5pm
Fridays:
8am - 4pm

Thursdays will be closed for administrative and cleaning purposes, but there will be availability for phone consultations, virtual appointments and urgent appointments as needed.

We will review these hours as the summer progresses and pending COVID-19 status in our region.

Regarding booking and attending appointments, please keep the following rules in mind;
1) Please call us at any time if you would like an appointment. If you are transferred to voicemail, please leave a message so that we can get back to you as soon as possible. Each patient must be screened before an appointment is booked.
2) Please accurately and honestly answer our COVID-19 screening questions. If there are any concerns or you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment and consult with your physician, nurse practitioner or Windsor Essex Health Unit.
3) Please have a mask on before entering the clinic. If you don’t have a mask, let us know in advance so that we can arrange providing you with one.
4) Please arrive to your appointment on time as we are trying to limit the amount of people in the lobby and waiting area.
