🇯🇲💔 Prayers Up for Jamaica

Hurricane Melissa has strengthened into a Category 5 monster, and officials fear it could be the island’s worst storm in history.

Please keep Jamaica and your loved ones in your prayers.
As Hurricane Melissa draws near, reach out to your family and friends — check on them, comfort them, and prepare together.

Clinicians, how do you show up?

I’ve just finished reading a doctoral thesis that felt like coming home to everything we’ve been co-creating at ASI Wise and The Sensory Project. Rooted in neuroscience, it beautifully confirmed what Sensory Ladders, Spiders, and Grids have shown us for years through practice:

Thinking happens in the body.
Movement, emotion, and perception aren’t separate - they’re deeply intertwined.

This is why co-produced tools like Sensory Ladders matter, especially beyond childhood. They make the invisible visible, give language to lived sensory stories, and support participation across the lifespan.

📍Evidence meets lived experience.
📍This is the power of Sensory Ladders.
