It’s the final countdown!

2 weeks for the Toy Drive! 🚂🧸🪀 Thank you for all the donations that have made it in the door this year! And don’t forget, if you don’t get your donations into 160 King Street by Friday next week, the Thorndale Fire Department will be collecting during the Santa Claus Parade Friday December 12!

24 days until Christmas! 🎄🎅🤶 And in keeping with tradition, I will be giving away wooden reindeer and a lit planter! To enter to win, book your massage during the month of December! I have a few appointment times left available! Book online or contact me to get your last massage of the year!

31 days until 2026! 🎉🥳🎉 Is it just me, or did I blink and 2025 fly by?! I swear, wasn’t it September last week? As we head into the final stretch, I want to thank everyone who has supported me through this year. I have been in Thorndale 5 years now and I know that is possible because of your support. 2 weeks done! 4 more to go! And then it’s the Thorndale Santa Claus Parade! 🎄🎅🤶☃️

Please bring by your new, unwrapped gifts and drop them off under the tree at the top of the stairs in 160 King St! 🧸🚗🚂

But wait, there’s more! thorndale.chiro is also collecting gently used coats, hats, mitts and blankets! Those items can be left at the tree inside their office! 🧥🧣

But wait, there’s still more! heemans is collecting non-perishables for the food banks! 🥫🍞🫕

Whomever you decide to donate to this year, it all helps. Middlesex County reached a record high of household using food banks and toy drives in recent years. When we all come together, we make a difference in our community.

This is me!! 🎄🎅🎄

What better way to start this year’s Annual Toy Drive!!🧸🚂🪁

I will be partnering up with the Thorndale Fire Department again this year to collect new, unwrapped games and toys for children in need! Items like board games and card games, and sporting goods like soccer and basketballs, things that can grow with the recipients are some ideas if you’re unsure! But all ages of gifts are welcome!

Thank you in advance to everyone wanting to participate! This year has been challenging so let’s come together and make the ending wonderful for everyone! 🎄🧸

We filled my trunk again!! 🥫🥫

When dropping off the donations I was informed that 40+ families use the Dorchester Food Bank monthly! Thank you for your contributions and helping to provide great Thanksgiving meals!

Congratulations to those whom were drawn for the prizes! I hope you enjoy them!

📣 One more week to get your food donations dropped off!

Everything will be packed up into my car Friday morning to drop off at the Dorchester Food Bank!

Thank you to all who brought in contributions! I am truly grateful to have many full boxes in my office! But I’ve got a few more to fill yet!

Just because I’ve been around for 5 years, doesn’t mean I’ve stopped learning new things!

I’ve talked about Buccal Massage and it’s finally here!

Buccal Massage targets face, specifically the jaw area including inside the mouth, and neck with the goal of decreasing muscle tension and pain related to TMJ and bruxism (clenching or grinding teeth), ear pain and headaches. There is also a focus on lymphatic drainage of the head, face and neck.

Celebrating 5 years in Thorndale!

It has been a ride! Opening during the beginning of the pandemic (shh! We don’t talk about those times)! Building up a practice and learning new applications! Lots of Toy Drives; a couple food drives; sponsoring local events and sports teams when I am able! Crazy how fast the time flew by!

In honour of my 5th anniversary, I have decided to host another Food Drive! Thanksgiving themed as it is right around the corner! All donations will be taken to the Dorchester Food Bank! Bring in 5 items to enter into a draw! I have 5 prizes to help you prepare for autumn!

Thank you to everyone in the community who has welcomed me and supported me these past years!

What a weekend!

Travelled to Casino Rama to see Brad Williams! Had some drinks, laughs and general good times with some friends!

I hope everyone had a blast at the Back 40 Bash! I saw the pictures on Facebook!

But like every other weekend, they end and we return to our regular scheduled programming! Hopefully we all have a few more summer blasts before September comes!

SUMMER UPDATE:

Going on adventures and trying more new things!

Pizza from grassrootswoodfiredpizza and peanut butter and jam ice cream from saltminecreamery! Delicious things to include on a day trip. Drove from Ipperwash through Grand Bend and Bayfield into Goderich where we stopped at culbertsbakery for cream puffs and tarts!

UPDATE:

I ventured out and did another first! I attended a Toronto Blue Jays game! ⚾️🏟️ I’m getting some life experience this year! Unfortunately they didn’t win today!

It sure was a scorcher outside today, I hope everyone is staying cool and hydrated! 🥵🥵🥵

I’m excited to see if people like it! Before I used pillowing combined with bolsters to build the table up around the belly. But no more!
