Due to ongoing, proactive surveillance, a COVID-19 outbreak has been declared as of today on the Spruce Unit.

In order to decrease the spread and protect our residents and the public, we are limiting visiting on this unit to designated caregivers and are discouraging non-essential visits while in outbreak. We are requiring masks to be worn on the outbreak unit to help decrease the spread. All large group activities will be on hold for the time being. Please remember to wash your hands well upon entering and leaving the building.
