Glad to have helped this wonderful talent at a time she needed it the most 👊. Thank you for the lovely comments, it makes our day. “Thank you so much PhysioFlow for allowing me to reach my full potential in my demanding dancing career. I’ve learned that any physical pain is manageable with some help from the right people.
Thank you to the kind, understanding and knowledgeable therapists and staff that understand my needs and limitations in my sport.”

These are two of my favourite exercises (“standing T” and “standing Y”)that help to decrease upper back/neck discomfort and to improve posture and scapular mobility. Keys to doing these exercises well: 1. Choose a good resistance (no resistance band vs with band) 2. Engage your core and gluteal region (squeeze your abs and bum) 3. Keep arms straight and use back muscles 4. Hold the position for 2-3 seconds each repetition and work your way up to higher number of repetitions. 5. Move slowly with control. 6. Take breaks between exercises and/or sets appropriately 7. Do NOT shrug or use your body to swing.
