As we flip from 2024 to 2025, I have been reflecting on the amazing year in office and out of office for all family, friends and patients!

It is a privilege to do what I love and help guide you to the best version of yourselves! I am so lucky to have such an amazing support staff and teammates around me at both locations! 💯

In the new year, times will be changing. I will no longer be working weekends and will be adding a Monday afternoon shift. I will also be looking to add more continuing education to continue bettering myself and expanding treatment options. More on this in the future. Times can be viewed above and booking links are in BIO!

Wishing everyone a very happy new year and I can’t wait to get after all the goals 2025 may present 💪🏼🎉

Happy holidays to each and every one of you! 🎁 🌲

I am so lucky to have had yet another amazing year doing what I love. It is so satisfying seeing so many people hit their goals and become the healthiest version of themselves that they can!

As we wind down the rest of 2024, spots will be very limited, booking links are in my bio!! Remember, benefits will not carry over in the new year, so it’s a great time to Use them before you lose them!

Had the utmost pleasure to travel to Sanford, FLA 🌴 ☀️ with the organization to provide a combination of therapy and coaching to their 15U, 16U and 17U teams. Their “Spring Training” was a week long gruelling trip of multiple practices a day, 2 games per organization and a ton of conditioning priming them for their season!

The level and talent of these players is so exciting to be a part of! The work ethic and desire to play at the next level is unmatched. The coaching and organizational skills is also top tier!

All in all, it was an incredible week, combining my greatest 2 passions; Chiropractic/Therapy and Baseball. ⚾️

I am excited to announce that I have added hours at St. Catharines premier facility for Health and Wellness; Niagara Health and Rehab Centre. ✨⚕️

It is a pleasure to work with Dr. Geoff Gamble and Paul Skiba at their facility. The wealth of knowledge they possess alongside the practitioners and admin staff they surround themselves with, are second to none.

NHRC offers a wide variety of health professions including Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Osteopathic medicine, Personal Training and Nutritional Assessments.

Hours at NHRC will be as follows:
Tuesday 2-7 pm
Thursday 8am-12 pm
Friday 2-7 pm

❗️Hours at Griffiths Performance will remain the the same as I will be working out of both locations❗️

It is also a thrill to work alongside classmate and colleague . Dr. Shawn is a true professional that treats his patients with the utmost care. It is with great pleasure that I am able to share space with another D’Youville Chiro Grad.

Congratulations to Grace Pyatt , one of our favs at Griffiths on her incredible season and career with !

Grace played a vital role in helping lead Brock to back to back OUA championships 🏆 Brock went on to compete at the U Sports Nationals in Vancouver where they finished their amazing season!

Grace took home a well-deserved 2nd team All-Canadian award and 1st team OUA allstar.

Congrats to the whole Brock Women’s volleyball team and Grace on an incredible season. We are delighted to have been a small part of your season and career! We know you will THRIVE in what comes next 👀💯

🚨 New Location Alert 🚨

It is with great excitement that I announce my new partnership with the Griffiths Performance team in Thorold, Ontario. I will be joining the team as their new chiropractor and am available for booking starting on TUESDAY, AUGUST 23rd.

The Griffiths Performance Team and Dave Griffiths have be treating high end athletes of many different sports for years. They are highly reputable as one of the best performance enhancing clinics in the Niagara region.

Many of their core values, rehabilitation programs and teaching styles align well with how I conduct my type of treatment. I am elated to help join such a fantastic team of athletes. Of course, treatment is not solely limited to high end athletes, all wellness members and individuals trying to improve their quality of life are welcome and encouraged.

As the clinics grows, so will my hours. To begin my hours are as follows:
