Summer Updates

Summer is here & my ultimate goal is balance. Balance between motherhood and family time, work, and personal wellness.

For this reason I will be taking some long weekends, and some early days.

My hours will be
Tuesday 11:45-4:45
Wednesday 1-6
Thursday 1-6
Friday 7-10:30am

(If you already have an appointment scheduled outside of these hours, don’t worry, it remains the same)

I am already fully booked in June & limited availability for July & August.

If you want to get treatment over the summer, please prebook your appointments asap as I will not be opening additional availability. Joining the waitlist is always a great option if you don’t see a time that works for you.

Movement + community are absolutely imperative to human wellbeing. The Yard is a fantastic space that brings connection and activity together, if you haven’t been I highly recommend you check out one of their amazing events!

I participated in the Sweat Summit on Sunday with a friendly face from TOI, Alyssia. We ran with , trained with .co and did a wonderful yoga flow with If you’re looking to move more any three of these lovely people can help you start.

As usual to coffee was flowing and the snacks were healthy & delicious

Traffic Delays

The Thorold Tunnel will have some closures for the next couple months. If you are coming from Niagara Falls please consider an alternate route or giving yourself some extra time to account for possible delays.

Due to a fully booked schedule I unfortunately cannot give extra time for late arrivals, and your appointment will have to end at its scheduled time.

McMaster Children’s Hospital Fundraiser

In March, our daughter became very ill and ended up in the pediatric ICU at McMaster Children’s Hospital for several days. During this very scary time we were blessed with the best care from some outstanding doctors and nurses.

In May, I will be participating in Million Reasons to Run and running to raise money for McMaster Children’s Hospital. My goal is to run a total of 75km this month. I will post my runs on my story so you can see my progress. Many of these kilometres will be run with Aurora in the stroller, or cheering me on.

I will be donating $1 from every treatment I give this month. If you aren’t booked in for May yet, there are couple spots open. Consider booking in to not only take care of yourself, but to support a great cause.

Meet Zoë!⁣

This is Zoë, our new Co-op student attending Saint-Jean-de-Brébeuf High School. She loves to play the electric guitar and is passionate about fitness. She will be going to Niagara College in September for the Massage Therapy Program. She is here to gain experience and knowledge for what’s to come in her near future. Patients will have the choice to allow Zoë to sit and and observe their treatment (if applicable, you will be contacted prior to your scheduled appointment). We are excited to welcome her as part of our team until June!

Had the best time doing my first run of 2025 along side my best friend (who has never ran before but I convinced him in December it would be fun to train for a 15k with me!)
