Yesterday our Fit Link program had the chance to hear from a panel of current Brock Master's students to learn about their journeys and programs. Another great experience for our Fit Link students!

With the closure of Brock University due to inclement weather, the Bfit Centre will be CLOSED today, January 26th, 2026.

Stay safe and warm!

Due to the ongoing impact from inclement weather, in-person classes and on-campus events and activities are cancelled at Brock University’s St. Catharines and Burlington campuses as well as the Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts on Monday, Jan. 26.

Essential activities, as outlined in Brock’s Inclement Weather Procedures, will continue.

Updates will be posted to the The Brock News and ’s social media channels as they are available.

Team Bfit was out at the Hotel Dieu Shaver Hope in Motion walk this morning!! So much fun and money raised for a great cause 😁

Team Bfit had a great time participating this past Saturday at the Rankin run here at Brock. It was great to see so many people out from the community supporting such a great cause. We can't wait for next year!

The Bfit Centre is excited to launch the Fit to Care program for caregivers 55+!

In collaboration with the Ontario Caregiver Organization (OCO), our weekly group sessions will introduce participants to a variety of movement activities, social connections, and community resources to support the health and wellbeing of caregivers in our community!

Fit to Care will run on Wednesday afternoons from 1-2:30pm, from June 4th to August 6th, 2025 at the Canada Games Park (2021 Canada Games Way, Thorold, ON).
