Did you know - Bethesda's Adult Services Passport Program is heading to the Harlem Globetrotters on February 5?! You can join us!

This is a fee for service event, participants receive 3 hours of support from an experienced Bethesda staff in a 3:1 ratio. This event is perfect for individuals who want opportunities to attend a community sporting event with the support of our kind, caring staff or for primary caregivers who are looking for an evening respite option.

Supporting a child or youth with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD)?

Join this virtual caregiver workshop on FASD and Mental Health, delivered in collaboration with Contact Niagara, to better understand why children and youth with FASD may experience anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and trauma, and how you can support them effectively.

You’ll learn practical, evidence-informed strategies including trauma-informed care, co-regulation, environmental structure, and strength-based approaches to help rebuild resilience and emotional well-being.
