For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people slow down and reconnect with their bodies. To me, it’s so much more than relaxation — it’s a conversation with the nervous system, a reset for the body, and a reminder to slow down.
With a bachelor’s degree in health science specializing in Anatomy & Physiology, I bring both knowledge and intention to every session. I specialize in Swedish massage — long, flowing strokes designed to improve circulation, calm the nervous system, ease muscle tension, and create full-body balance.
