As Staff Appreciation Week comes to a close, we’re reminded just how lucky we are to have such an incredible team at the Chateau. To celebrate and say thank you, we wrapped up the week with a pizza lunch for our amazing staff.
Their care, patience, and dedication make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.

We’re so grateful for the incredible team that keeps the Chateau running smoothly every day—our office, maintenance and recreation teams bring so much dedication and care to our community!

Today, we want to give a special recognition to Norah for 15 amazing years at the Chateau. Her commitment has made a meaningful impact on both residents and staff.

Here’s what she has to say about her time here:
‘What has made my 15—almost 16—years so special is that I truly enjoy coming to work every day. I can’t imagine the day I retire (LOL) and don’t come in! I’ve been fortunate to be part of a great team, and it’s always heartwarming when residents stop to chat, say hello, or give a hug. They truly become like family, and I feel lucky to have found an office job that came with such an extended family of coworkers.’

Today, our residents had the sweetest visit from the kids of Mount Olive Church’s Next Level! Watching them laugh, chat, and truly connect with our residents was something special. The kids had an absolute blast getting to know everyone — and I think it’s safe to say the feeling was mutual. Moments like this remind us how beautiful it is when generations come together.
