I’ve been spending a lot of time working to make this new space feel calm and peaceful. There was a lot of thought that went into every detail.

I’m very excited to announce, I will be starting my own independent practice!

🔅Starting November 1st, I will be in my new location. Inside the Balmoral Business Centre @ 1184 Roland street.

🔅All patients have been notified by email. (Please read thoroughly)

🔅I will be accepting a LIMITED number of new patients. Once my online booking is up and running you can join my waitlist.

🔅I would just like to say thank you to everyone at NWHC for making my first few years in practice so great. It’s been a pleasure being apart of such a great team.

⏰My new hours are currently in effect. Existing patients are welcome to pre-book appointments 3 months in advance.

💲I’ve been putting off raising my rates for quite some time now as my patients are my upmost priority. Unfortunately, due to the continued rise in cost of living, as well as business expenses, I will be increasing my fees effective, September 1st.

Another year in the books! 🙌🏼🎉

Two years into the profession and I love it more and more each day. This year, I continued to grow my clientele, as well as continuing to learn and grow my skills.

Nobody prepares you for the emotional toll working in healthcare or with the public for that matter, can put on you. It’s truly such a blessing and privilege to be able to care, support and advocate for so many people. It does come with its challenges. I’m so glad that I can be a safe space and a listening ear for so many of you to share what you are going through.

I wanted to thank everyone who has seen me for massage therapy, has referred someone to me or recommended me. I wouldn’t be here today without the support from so many people.

I hope you all have a healthy and happy new year! If you are one to make goals/resolutions, I hope doing your home care exercises are on it😉

Remember to never take your life for granted, get moving and spend time with the ones you love. Tomorrow is never promised❤️

Important practice update !

‘Tis the season to be busy! (But you’re in NWO, so you’re always busy 😂)

I just wanted to give everyone an update on my practice currently. Thank you, for being so patient and the continued support, it truly means a lot to me.

❗️Exciting clinic news❗️

▪️Our clinic has transitioned to a new booking/charting system. This means once you have set up your patient portal, you will be able to check upcoming appointments, upload documents, view invoices and receive communication from your providers.

*online booking will not be available at this time*

▪️I will be requiring all my existing patients to update their health history. Please watch your emails in the next coming weeks.

▪️The reception staff have been training for some time, but this program is still very new to them. Please be kind and patient.
