There’s lots happening all month at the Youth Wellness Hub! Our doors are open Tuesday-Friday 1-7PM and Saturdays 11AM-4PM. Some events require registration-keep an eye on our weekly posts for sign-up info. We can’t wait to spend November with you! 💙

Did you know we host a Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Group every Thursday at our Thunder Bay – Court St S location? Anyone 16 years or older who identify as as Indigenous or Metis can join to work on acceptance and change strategies through
mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Mushkiki will be offering a Healthy Relationships Group at the Youth Hub for youth ages 12-24! It is a drop-in program, so no registration is required!

Starting tomorrow, October 30th, our Nurse Practitioner Jodi is going to be offering one on one appointments with youth ages 12-25. The appointments are for Jodi to get to know you, learn about your health history, and what services you may be interested in accessing!

Please note: Our Clinic is not fully open yet, so no prescriptions, referrals, or lab tests can be provided at this time- but these services are coming soon!
