We’ve been made aware of a fraudulent email being sent to Jane users that asks you to update the credit card on file and verify your account. It has an email heading of "Action Required: Suspension Notice". Please do not interact with this email. What to do: Do not click any links in the email. Do not open attachments. Do not enter any information (username/password, billing details, passwords, verification codes). Delete the email from your inbox. Already clicked or entered info? Change your Jane password right away. If you reused that password elsewhere, change it there too. Reach out to your bank or card provider if you shared payment details. Thank you.
