Happy New Year! Join us for a new monthly program 🙂....and some delicious teas! Our Health Promoters and Traditional Wellness Navigator will be offering a casual knowledge sharing session each month. This program will also include special guests - Elders and Knowledge Keepers from the community on occasion.
Reed Lecomte will be joining us January 7th 🙂 It's a great space to share and learn ways to promote 'Living the Good Life' - Mino Bimaadiziwin 😃

Reaching out for help isn’t a weakness — it’s a brave and powerful step. Whether it’s a friend, a family member, a therapist, or a support line, there are people who care and want to listen.
