Welcome to our newest therapist, Matthew!

Matthew is a Registered Psychotherapist who brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to his clinical work. He is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges by creating a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can take root. With specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Matthew integrates evidence-based techniques to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relationship issues, and the lasting effects of trauma.

Matthew believes in meeting clients where they are, tailoring therapy to their unique experiences, strengths, and goals. His work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and the understanding that meaningful change happens when people feel seen, heard, and respected.
