30 mins are typically for repeat people 😬

“Where do you go for massage?” - I get asked this at least once a day 😅
I don’t and I never have 🫣 (not regularly anyway).
I’m not against it if any other therapists see this and want to swap 😃
Part of the problem is I want one from meeee. Or my lovely friend that taught me everything. A birdy did say they’d needle me tomorrow tho 👏🏻
And, truthfully, I don’t feel the need that often. I’m pretty good at looking after myself between working out and yoga. I also work with Chiro’s, so I’ll go see them if I feel the need!

I talk fast, but not *that* fast. Not in this country anyway 😆

1. Lymphatic massage is the bomb

2. Stomach massage is even more bomb

3. Eye massage trumps everything 👏🏻

4. Combine them and you’ll be unstoppable……. Not really, but we can try!

You do seem angry tho 👀

This is why I usually like to start treatments face up.

1. I can get into the neck easier and I find problems are *usually* more on the front of the body

2. It’s far more relaxing to be face down.

3. You seem extra mad if you start face down, get in a zone and then I ask you to flip on your backs 😆
