When most people think of a concussion, they think of a headache.

But concussions can present in many different ways.

Common symptoms include:
• Brain fog
• Dizziness
• Light or sound sensitivity
• Fatigue
• Irritability
• Sleep disruption
• Neck pain
• Difficulty concentrating

Symptoms don’t always appear immediately. They can develop hours — sometimes days — after the injury.

Early assessment matters. Proper management reduces the risk of prolonged symptoms and delayed recovery.

If you or your child has experienced a hit to the head, don’t wait it out.

Book a concussion assessment with one of our certified providers.

We believe in long-term relationships—with your movement.
This Valentine’s Day, show your body some love by taking care of the aches, stiffness, and pains that keep you from doing what you enjoy.
Healthy movement is the best kind of commitment.

Love isn’t just chocolates and flowers. Sometimes, it’s booking the appointment you’ve been putting off, stretching when you’d rather skip it, or making time for your health so you can keep up with the people you love.

This February, consider self-care part of how you show love.

Motivation comes and goes—especially in January.
What actually supports recovery is structure, guidance, and a plan that’s realistic.

Our team focuses on strategies that work with your lifestyle, not against it.

You don’t need to feel motivated—you just need support.

Your health doesn’t exist in a vacuum.
How you work, move at home, commute, and manage daily demands all affect recovery.

That’s why our approach looks beyond symptoms—to how your body functions in real life.

Because care that fits your life works better.
